Negros Trade Fair Goes "Beyond Limits"

The country's longest running annual trade fair, Negros Trade Fair, organized by the Association of Negros Producers (ANP) will be held in Rockwell Tent, Makati City from September 26-30.

Dubbed the 27th Negros Trade Fair - Beyond Limits, it will showcase the finest products of the ANP from different sectors: Fashion, Furniture, Gifts & Housewares, Food, and Organic & Natural Products some of which are featured here.

Negrenses are well known for their love of food so there definitely won't be a shortage of beloved food products from El IDeal, T Flavors and local delicacies like chicken inasal and pancit molo.

In line with its theme Beyond Limits, ANP promises a bigger and better event by staging different activities throughout the event duration.

There will be a cooking demonstration by Sabrina Artadi for her Lifestyle Channel show, Sabrina's Kitchen which will eventually be aired in one of the future episodes of her show.

Another interesting feature of the fair is that it will bring the spirit of the world famous Masskara Festival with pulsating dance music, Masskara dancers, masks display and body painting. This is sure to entice shoppers to visit Bacolod in mid-October for this "Mardi Gras" like event.

Fashionistas will be treated to a fashion show by Arte Negrense featuring clothes, children's apparel, jewelry, bags and accessories. This will be co-presented by BAYO and models for the show will include residents of Manila with Negrense roots.

ANP is also inviting everyone to visit the Negros Showroom in Makati managed by its Showroom Manager, Mr. Mike Claparols. We had a nice chat with Mr. Claparols who informed us that they will be at their current location in the Ground Floor of the DTI Building in Makati until December 31 of this year.

I was joined by fellow bloggers Mark Will Mayo Magallanes (Republica Negrense) and Paula de los Reyes (http://nagtaraki.com/) at the Negros Showroom in Makati.

Here are some photos during our visit.

If you cannot be at the 27th Negros Trade Fair, find time to visit the Negros Showroom outlet right in the heart of Makati.

I especially look forward to joining in the fun and experience of this unique trade fair at the Rockwell Tent in Makati from September 26 to 30!
